Leads global advanced manufacturing and industrial projects for new product introduction and plant transfers. Coordinates prototypes, pilots, manufacturing documentation, process quality, capacity planning, supply chain architecture, facility layouts, equipment deployment, and design-for-manufacturing activities. Manages cross-functional teams, timelines, costs, and manufacturing releases while driving operational efficiency, product cost alignment, and technology innovation.

Lead on-site deployment of automated production lines, integrating OT devices and Ignition/Power Apps for tablet-based SOPs, validate DES/Yamazumi models, commission equipment (IQ/OQ/PQ), integrate smart tooling and IoT into MES/ERP, and lead hyper-care and cross-functional alignment during vertical startups.

Procures electronic and industrial materials, including sheet metal cabinets, wire harnesses, fuses, and switchgear. Releases purchase orders based on MRP requirements, coordinates with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery, optimizes inventory and plant space, monitors open POs and supplier delivery ratings, and manages import procedures, shipment terms, and customs clearance.

Own factory P&L, cost closure, hourly-rate analysis, plant KPIs, productivity savings, vendor rates, headcount analysis, budgets, forecasts, and MIS. Support Oracle ERP transactions, cost accounting, audits, internal controls, and operational improvement initiatives. Partner closely with plant leadership, operations, procurement, and continuous-improvement teams to identify cost drivers, explain variances, and improve manufacturing performance.

Designs and develops technical training materials, including lessons, assessments, and visual aids. Facilitates classroom discussions and lab work, troubleshoots technical issues, provides associate feedback, collaborates with stakeholders and subject matter experts, maintains current course content, and tracks learner progress.

Plan, coordinate, execute, commission, and hand over large-scale UPS projects for data centers, industrial facilities, and IT infrastructure. Responsibilities include project scheduling, installation oversight, vendor and stakeholder coordination, commissioning and site acceptance testing, customer training, documentation, risk mitigation, compliance, and business development support.

Lead supplier quality activities including audits, PPAP/FAI, root-cause analysis (8D/SCAR), process control improvement, statistical process control, supplier performance reporting, and on-site corrective actions to reduce costs, warranty claims, and improve supplier quality.

Lead manufacturing process design for power and thermal products, bridging R&D and production. Drive NPI, Yamazumi line balancing, high-fidelity discrete event simulation, DFM/DFA, virtual commissioning, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement. Manage and mentor engineers, align global design centers with plant operations, and validate manufacturing equipment to achieve right-first-time launches and optimized throughput.

Owns senior QA engineering and validation for the UPS 800 INC roadmap. Responsibilities include cross-business-unit validation, CI/CD workflow setup, Testmo-GitLab integration, vendor coordination, Redfish conformance and event testing, defect investigation, root cause analysis, release reporting, and validation of new IPSL/INC functional domains including IPsec, CVE, and IPSL-CLI.

Drives product cost reduction and continuous improvement across Product Management, Engineering, Procurement, Operations, and Finance. Responsibilities include benchmarking manufacturing sites and suppliers, setting and monitoring cost targets throughout new product development and product lifecycles, analyzing cost variances, and presenting data-backed recommendations. The role also supports efficiency and quality improvements through cross-functional and cross-regional collaboration.

Investigate, analyze, and remediate security vulnerabilities in embedded and gateway firmware. Perform security analysis of firmware packages, update mechanisms, and exposed interfaces; support secure boot, firmware signing, threat modeling, SBOM management, compliance with product cybersecurity standards, and collaborate with firmware, QA, and compliance teams to embed security-by-design.

Designs and develops mechanical components and assemblies for thermal management products. Creates CAD models, manufacturing drawings, BOMs, and engineering documentation; supports NPDI programs, prototyping, testing, validation, engineering releases, and product industrialization. Performs tolerance analysis and design evaluations while collaborating with manufacturing, sourcing, quality, suppliers, and global engineering teams. Drives manufacturability, cost reduction, serviceability, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Design electrical systems for CRAH, thermal wall, and chiller products, including schematics, panel layouts, wiring documentation, component selection, bills of materials, and manufacturing drawings. Collaborate with controls, manufacturing, suppliers, and production teams on NPDI, compliance, issue resolution, cost reduction, and engineering changes. Support electrical safety, reliability, serviceability, product validation, and regulatory compliance across standard and engineered-to-order products.

Designs and develops chiller and data center cooling products through thermodynamic calculations, component selection, testing, validation, and product launch. Performs heat-load, refrigeration-cycle, heat-transfer, fluid-dynamics, and performance analyses; investigates technical issues; supports engineered-to-order solutions; and collaborates with multidisciplinary global teams. The role also contributes to documentation, cost optimization, reliability, compliance, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.

Design electrical systems for cooling and thermal equipment, including schematics, panel layouts, wiring, harnesses, bills of materials, and manufacturing documentation. Collaborate with controls, manufacturing, suppliers, and production teams on NPDI, compliance, component selection, issue resolution, cost reduction, and engineering changes. Ensure designs meet safety, reliability, manufacturability, serviceability, customer, and international electrical standards requirements.
