Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Production Manager to lead our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process, ensuring efficient operations, maintaining quality standards, and driving continuous improvement. If you have a strong background in production management and a passion for optimizing processes, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

1. Production Planning and Scheduling

  • Oversee the entire production process, including planning and organizing production schedules.
  • Develop and coordinate production plans and timelines in collaboration with customers.
  • Assign daily workloads to team members to ensure efficient operations.

2. Team Supervision and Coordination

  • Supervise the production team to manage and execute production activities effectively.
  • Work with the team to plan, schedule, and perform production tasks.
  • Conduct job training sessions to help team members achieve production goals.
  • Evaluate and supervise the performance of production personnel.

3. Maintenance and Equipment Management

  • Schedule regular maintenance and inspection of equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Determine and allocate the necessary equipment, materials, and manpower for production tasks.

4. Process Improvement and Quality Control

  • Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance production quality and capacity.
  • Monitor production activities to ensure the final product meets quality standards and customer specifications.
  • Investigate production issues, develop resolutions, and recommend cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality.

5. Cost Management and Productivity

  • Focus on reducing expenses and increasing productivity across all product lines.
  • Set ambitious production goals, communicate them to employees and subordinates, and strive to achieve them.

6. Compliance and Safety

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, ISO, QMS (Quality Management Systems), and other relevant safety standards.
  • Establish and enforce workflow policies that enhance speed and efficiency without compromising product safety or integrity.

7. Documentation and Knowledge Management

  • Maintain deep knowledge of ISO, QMS, and safety standards while ensuring proper documentation.
  • Develop and implement workflow policies and procedures to enhance overall production efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in production management or a similar role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of safety standards, ISO, and QMS processes.
