Responsibilities- Lead and supervise a team during manufacturing shifts to ensure efficient operations.
- Oversee production processes, including material issuance, testing, and quality control.
- Manage equipment maintenance and waste disposal to maintain production site standards.
- Provide training and guidance to team members, fostering skill development.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Must-Have:
- Graduate or Master's degree with 5 plus years of experience in manufacturing operations or a related field
- Familiar understanding of quality control processes and standards
- Ability to lead and mentor team members effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement
- Proficient in using operational tools and software
- Experience with project management methodologies
