Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise a team during manufacturing shifts to ensure efficient operations.
  • Oversee production processes, including material issuance, testing, and quality control.
  • Manage equipment maintenance and waste disposal to maintain production site standards.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members, fostering skill development.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and prioritize tasks with management oversight.
  • Participate in project initiatives with responsibilities for specific tasks and objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to uphold production standards.
Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • Graduate or Master's degree with 5 plus years of experience in manufacturing operations or a related field
  • Familiar understanding of quality control processes and standards
  • Ability to lead and mentor team members effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement
  • Proficient in using operational tools and software
  • Experience with project management methodologies
  • Experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment

Nice-To-Have:

  • Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles
  • Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations in manufacturing
  • Good communication skills across diverse teams
