Drive locker business and branch-level CASA acquisition campaigns. Manage locker occupancy, waitlists, compliance, MIS and revenue optimization. Design and execute branch campaigns, perform market and competitor intelligence, build analytics-supported branch segmentation and present insights to leadership while coordinating across operations, compliance, digital, IT, risk and marketing.
- The role is responsible for driving the bank’s Locker business, Branch‑level acquisition campaigns and Market Intelligence for the Savings Account portfolio.
- The position will work closely with Branch Banking, Product, Digital, marketing, and Analytics teams to enhance product visibility, improve branch performance, monitor competition trends and ensure locker optimization across the network.
- Locker Business Management
- Drive locker acquisition and utilization strategies across branches.
- Monitor locker occupancy, waitlist management, and revenue optimization.
- Coordinate with branches to ensure compliance with locker allocation and documentation norms.
- Develop periodic MIS on locker status, revenue, vacancy levels, and branch performance.
- Identify opportunities for new locker capacity based on catchment‑level demand analysis. - Branch Campaign Planning & Execution
- Design and execute monthly/quarterly campaigns focused on SA acquisition, balance buildup, and customer engagement.
- Work with Branding to create campaign collaterals and communication plans.
- Track campaign performance across branches and regions; present insights and recommendations.
- Develop branch‑wise opportunity grids based on catchment profile and wallet share potential. - Market & Competition Intelligence
- Conduct periodic competition benchmarking for SA products, pricing, features, locker charges, and service propositions.
- Analyze branch catchment demographics, customer behaviour, and emerging market trends.
- Create dashboards on industry movements, regulatory updates, and new product launches by competitors. - Data Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Prepare regular MIS for locker business, campaigns, and market intelligence.
- Work with analytics team to build models for branch segmentation and opportunity estimation.
- Present actionable insights to senior leadership for decision making. - Stakeholder ManagementCollaborate with Branch Banking teams to drive execution discipline.
- Liaise with Operations, Compliance, Digital, IT, Risk and Marketing for campaign rollouts.
- Conduct training and communication sessions for branches on locker processes and campaign guidelines.
Experience: 3 - 8 years in liability operations, CASA product support or related banking functions.
Education: Post-Graduation (any specialization).
