Product Owner

We are looking for a Job Profile Product Owner I who will:

• Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, development teams, and cross-functional groups.

• Gather, analyze, and document requirements for new features and system integrations, ensuring interoperability between internal systems and third-party service providers.

• Analyze third-party REST API specifications and define integration requirements to enable seamless, secure connections across systems.

• Write clear, detailed user stories, technical requirements, and acceptance criteria.

• Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews/demos, and retrospectives.

• Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure timely, high-quality product delivery.

• Coordinate with globally distributed teams, ensuring partial workday overlap with U.S. business hours.

• Manage evolving scope and changing priorities effectively while maintaining alignment with strategic objectives.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, flow diagrams, and integration specifications.

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who:

• At least 8+ years of experience. Worked as a Senior Business Analyst or Product Owner working in fast-paced, Agile technology environments.

• Strong experience in payment processing systems, transaction workflows, and payment-related integrations.

• Hands-on experience with UI based projects requiring third-party REST API integrations by analyzing API documentation/specifications

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, distributed team environment.

• Experience with HIPAA-compliant product design and Electronic Health Record (EHR) system integration is a plus.
