The Role
At Sovos, we're looking for a Product Marketing Specialist or Senior Specialist for Pricing & Monetisation to help turn commercial strategy into the data, systems, and processes that make it work at scale. This is a highly execution-oriented role where you'll work closely with our Vice President for Product Marketing and Go-To-Market Strategy and the Principal PMM for Pricing and Monetisation, ensuring our pricing and product information is accurate, accessible, and actionable across the business.
More specifically, you will:
- Analyse pricing, packaging, SKU, and product data to identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities, and maintain competitive intelligence to support informed decision-making.
- Build recurring reports and dashboards, and conduct ad hoc analysis to help Product Marketing and leadership understand pricing performance and support strategic pricing decisions.
- Maintain accurate product, SKU, packaging, and pricing information across internal systems, coordinating updates across Product Marketing, Product Management, Finance, and Sales Operations.
- Work closely with Sales Operations to maintain pricing information in Salesforce and make it easier for reps to create custom quotes in the CPQ system, supporting updates to product catalogues and related fields.
- Support the Principal Product Marketing Manager with research, analysis, and preparation for major pricing and packaging initiatives, turning analysis into clear charts, presentations, and insights.
- Support pricing and packaging projects from analysis through implementation, tracking actions and deadlines, coordinating across teams, and monitoring post-launch results to flag issues or unexpected outcomes.
- Leverage AI tools to improve data analysis, reporting efficiency, and insight generation, continuously looking for ways to make commercial processes simpler, faster, and more scalable.
What You Bring to Sovos
- You've built solid experience in product marketing, business analysis, commercial operations, sales operations, product operations, or a related field, ideally 2–4 years.
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and comfort working with large datasets and spreadsheets, with strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Experience with Salesforce or another CRM is strongly preferred, along with the ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations.
- You have strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You're comfortable working with global teams across multiple time zones and working independently while knowing when to escalate issues, with comfort using AI-assisted workflows to enhance productivity.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, technology, finance, or pricing is a plus, along with a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, economics, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Due to client contractual obligations, the successful candidate will be asked to clear a background check upon hire.
