Client-facing Senior Project Manager responsible for delivering Sovos product implementation projects. Owns project lifecycle from scope through Go-live and Hypercare, managing schedule, budget, resources, risks, change control, stakeholder communication, billing, and documentation to ensure customer satisfaction.

As a Senior Network Operations Engineer at Sovos, you'll monitor networks, troubleshoot issues, escalate problems, and mentor junior staff while ensuring optimal performance of the network infrastructure.

Manage full project lifecycle for global/multinational software implementations: plan, schedule, budget, resource and change management, stakeholder communication, escalation handling, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and customer satisfaction.

Lead end-to-end API-based integrations between Sovos platforms and client ERPs. Gather requirements, design solutions, implement and test REST/SOAP integrations, validate data mappings, troubleshoot issues, coordinate with clients and partners, support production systems, and maintain integration documentation.

Build and maintain WordPress and Drupal platforms, develop modern frontend components, architect REST APIs and headless CMS solutions, implement MarTech/analytics (GTM, GA4), optimize performance and security, integrate CRM/marketing systems, and provide technical guidance and mentorship.

The role involves monitoring network systems, troubleshooting issues, mentoring junior analysts, and ensuring network performance while collaborating with support and engineering teams.
