Monitor and maintain global network infrastructure, respond to alerts, troubleshoot complex issues, manage technical escalations, coordinate incident resolution, and document outcomes. The role serves as a technical point of contact during critical incidents, supports network changes and upgrades, mentors junior analysts, identifies recurring issues, collaborates across teams, and participates in 24/7 on-call rotations.

Supports pricing and monetization strategy through analysis of pricing, packaging, SKU, and product data. Builds reports and dashboards, maintains product and pricing information across internal systems, supports Salesforce and CPQ updates, conducts competitive intelligence, and coordinates pricing and packaging initiatives. Collaborates with Product Marketing, Product Management, Finance, and Sales Operations while using AI tools to improve reporting and commercial processes.

Lead technical direction for Sovos's AI Platform and LLMOps practice: set architecture, guardrails, observability, model and prompt strategies, enable teams through workshops and tooling, and mentor engineers to scale agentic and LLM-based systems into production.

Lead LLMOps initiatives to scale and govern generative AI: define AI quality standards, manage prompt and model versioning, coordinate safety/red team testing, implement observability for latency/cost/quality using tools like Langfuse, manage Jira workflows, develop playbooks, and lead AI incident response and root-cause analysis.

Manage end-to-end GST compliance for clients: resolve queries, collect information, prepare and validate return data, perform reconciliations and data validations, communicate regulatory updates and product changes, and maintain strong client relationships to meet deadlines and reduce risk.
