It leads technical reviews, mentors Salesforce professionals, partners with business stakeholders, supports M&A integrations, and maintains SOX ITGC controls. Required expertise includes Salesforce Application Architect and CPQ certifications, Salesforce development, CPQ quoting processes, integrations, AI-enabled CRM automation, and DevOps governance.

Manage strategic enterprise accounts across North India, sell SaaS-based tax compliance solutions, identify expansion opportunities, and achieve revenue quotas. Responsibilities include developing account plans, managing Salesforce pipeline data, navigating complex enterprise sales cycles, engaging senior executives, promoting GST compliance products, and using AI-assisted workflows. The role requires collaboration with global accounts, moderate travel, and customer relationships involving accounts exceeding $1 million ARR.

Monitor and maintain global network infrastructure, respond to alerts, troubleshoot complex issues, manage technical escalations, coordinate incident resolution, and document outcomes. The role serves as a technical point of contact during critical incidents, supports network changes and upgrades, mentors junior analysts, identifies recurring issues, collaborates across teams, and participates in 24/7 on-call rotations.
