Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop the product strategy and roadmap aligned with customer challenges and the company's vision.
  • Lead multiple cross-functional teams by converting the product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes to achieve product development objectives.
  • Discover market opportunities through research and competitive analysis, incorporating insights into product requirements to improve user satisfaction.
  • Evaluate complex use cases using analytics platforms to assess product usability, and simplify them to enhance user experience.
  • Create simple and intuitive user interfaces using wireframes and mock-ups.
  • Maintain ongoing client communication, act as a trusted advisor, and ensure alignment of our offerings with their expectations.
  • Develop and launch new products while timely improving existing ones.
  • Effectively communicate product solutions and offerings both internally and externally.
  • Demonstrate persistence and professionalism in delivering all product-related materials, including PRDs and Knowledge Base documentation.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends in IT and technical architecture.

Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Over 4 years of experience managing web and mobile products, with a background in technical product management or engineering.
  • At least 2 years of experience building global enterprise SaaS products.
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, or transportation domains is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale products with a strong understanding of agile methodologies, collaboration, and leadership in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, both client-facing and internal, with a solid grasp of effective user experience and appealing design.
  • Spontaneous, quick thinker, and a self-starter possessing essential organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking capability.
