Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Product Manager to drive the strategic development and market success of our product portfolio. This role requires a blend of analytical thinking, strong communication, and a deep understanding of customer needs to deliver impactful marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
* Lead the development and execution of comprehensive brand marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
* Conduct thorough market research and market segmentation analysis to identify new opportunities and inform product positioning.
* Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, leveraging content marketing and various communication channels to reach target audiences effectively.
* Manage and optimize customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives to foster strong customer engagement and loyalty.
* Utilize marketing analytics to track campaign performance, identify key insights, and continuously optimize marketing efforts.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including sales, R&D, and regulatory affairs, to ensure successful product launches and ongoing market penetration.
* Plan and prioritize marketing activities and projects, ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely execution.
* Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, presenting market insights, product strategies, and performance updates.
* Continuously adapt thinking and behaviour to evolving market dynamics and competitive landscapes.
* Proactively identify and solve complex problems related to product strategy, market challenges, and customer needs.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in product management, brand marketing, or a related field.
* Demonstrated expertise in market research, market segmentation, and marketing analytics.
* Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing and content marketing best practices.
* Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) principles and systems.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
