  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Track and monitor investment benefits, project spend, and overall financial performance against plans.
    • Conduct project management activities, including verification of Actuals and Forecasts to ensure accuracy and alignment with business expectations.
    • Collaborate closely with business, finance, and delivery teams to maintain transparency and control on project budgets and benefits.
    • Engage and influence senior stakeholders across geographies, ensuring timely decision-making and alignment.
    • Support project governance, reporting, and financial review activities.
    • Apply Agile methodologies and tools to manage project execution effectively.
    • Identify potential variances or risks in spend and benefits and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
    • Identify, monitor, and mitigate risks and issues, ensuring smooth project delivery.
    • Maintain robust delivery governance, including RAID, RACI metrics, and escalation processes.
    • Manage cross-functional, cross-regional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
    • Ensure adherence to project management standards, tools, and processes across the portfolio.

    Required Skills & Experience:

    • 8+ years of Project Management experience within Banking and Financial Services or Asset Management (preferred).
    • Strong understanding of financial tracking, forecasting, and benefit realization processes.
    • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
    • Hands-on experience in preparing project financial reports, dashboards, and forecasts.
    • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Clarity, MS Project).
    • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior leadership.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management skills.
    • Exceptional communication and team leadership abilities.

    Preferred Background:

    • Exposure to Asset Management or Investment Banking environments will be an advantage.
    • PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
