Position Overview
The Procurement Administrator supports the Procurement team with the end-to-end procurement
process for all categories such as IT, marketing, facilities, professional services, and corporate
operations. This role ensures efficient operations, maintains accurate procurement data, and
supports vendor management activities in OneTrust while ensuring compliance with company
policies and procedures. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, organized, and skilled at partnering
across Procurement, IT Security, Legal, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth and
compliant vendor lifecycle management.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Ensure purchase requests are complete, accurate, and aligned with procurement policies
• Maintain procurement data, including supplier records, contracts, pricing, and catalogs
• Support category managers
• Support sourcing initiatives by coordinating RFQs/RFPs, gathering bids, and compiling
analyses
• Assist with contract administration, including renewals, amendments, and document
management
• Assist in reviewing basic contract terms and flagging items for further review by Legal or
Procurement
• Collaborate with IT Security, Legal, Procurement, and Business Owners to streamline
procurement processes.
• Identify and implement improvements to procurement processes, tools, and workflows
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and governance standards
• Keep track of vendor risk assessment statuses and follow up on outstanding tasks or
approvals
What will help you succeedBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
(or equivalent experience)
• 2–4 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or administrative operations
• Experience supporting indirect procurement categories preferred
• Familiarity with P2P (procure-to-pay) processes and procurement systems (e.g., Coupa,
Zip, etc.)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools
• Solid understanding of risk management concepts and vendor due diligence practices.
• Strong analytical and documentation review skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross functionally.
