As a Lead Customer Success Manager, you will drive customer adoption of Dynatrace, build executive relationships, manage risks, and ensure long-term value for enterprise clients in India.

Manage 3–5 existing enterprise accounts and 5–8 prospects (15 total) using a land-and-expand approach. Drive new-logo acquisition, upsell/cross-sell, develop territory plans, engage C-level stakeholders, coordinate with sales engineering, marketing, legal and finance, run demos and events, and ensure successful customer implementations.

The Lead Solutions Engineer at Dynatrace will provide technical support to the sales team, demonstrate product capabilities, manage POCs, and engage with customers to promote sales and gather feedback for product improvement.
