Process Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the technical roadmap defined by the Solution Architect for Braze migration  
• Lead day-to-day development activities and collaborate with the engineering team 
• Design and implement SDK integrations, REST APIs, and event tracking frameworks
• Build and manage ETL data pipelines for data ingestion into Braze 
• Define and implement data import/export strategies across systems/data warehouses 
• Ensure data governance, validation, and security protocols are adhered 
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure system stability and performance
• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices in development and deployment. 
• Define and execute testing strategies (unit, integration, data validation) 
• Coordinate dependencies across teams and ensure timely delivery 
• Develop reusable templates and frameworks for multi-market deployment (APAC, Middle East, Emerging Markets) while accommodating local requirements

Core Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Braze development / Data Engineering / MarTech implementation 
• Strong hands-on expertise in Braze SDKs, APIs, and event tracking 
• Experience in building ETL pipelines and data integration workflows 
• Strong understanding of data flows, data validation, and governance frameworks 
• Proficiency in REST APIs and system integrations 
• Experience working with CDPs and marketing data platforms 
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills 
• Experience leading development teams and managing technical delivery

Preferred Skills

• Braze Certified Developer is a plus 
• Experience in large-scale MarTech implementations or migrations 
• Exposure to multi-region deployments and localization strategies 
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably GCP) 
• Understanding of data privacy, compliance, and security standards 
• Experience working in cross-functional/global teams
