Process Manager

The Business Analyst – Agentic AI Program Lead will drive the end-to-end delivery of Agentic AI initiatives, from strategy definition to solution deployment and performance optimization. This role combines business analysis expertise with program leadership to manage multiple AI workstreams, ensure stakeholder alignment, and deliver measurable business value from AI adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Program Leadership & Strategy
• Lead the overall Agentic AI program roadmap, ensuring alignment with enterprise digital transformation goals.
• Oversee multiple AI use cases from ideation to production, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Define governance structures, operating models, and escalation processes for the AI program.
• Identify and prioritise high-impact AI opportunities across business functions.
2. Business Analysis & Solution Definition
• Partner with senior stakeholders to capture strategic objectives, pain points, and AI-driven opportunities.
• Conduct process mapping and define functional requirements for AI agents, decision rules, and integration points.
• Collaborate with architects and data scientists to design scalable, compliant, and value-focused AI workflows.
3. Stakeholder & Change Management
• Act as the primary liaison between business leaders, technical teams, and external vendors.
• Lead stakeholder workshops, steering committees, and executive updates.
• Develop adoption strategies, training plans, and communication campaigns for AI solutions.
4. Value Realisation & Continuous Improvement
• Define KPIs and success metrics for the AI program (automation %, decision accuracy, SLA improvements, ROI).
• Monitor post-deployment performance, identify optimization opportunities, and oversee continuous learning for AI agents.
• Ensure the program meets business impact targets and regulatory compliance requirements.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
• Experience in Business Analysis, Program Management, or Digital Transformation roles.
• Proven track record of leading AI, automation, or analytics programs in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of LLM-powered AI, agentic architectures, and AI orchestration tools (LangChain, AutoGen, Microsoft Copilot Studio).
• Proficiency in business requirement documentation (BRD, FRD, User Stories) and process re-engineering.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
