The Process Manager leads the implementation and integration of Adobe Workfront, manages projects, and aligns strategic goals with stakeholder needs, promoting user adoption through effective training and governance.
Role Overview
The Adobe Workfront Solutions Consultant will be a crucial subject matter expert, responsible for the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and integration of the Adobe Workfront platform for our clients/internal stakeholders. This role requires a strong blend of technical Workfront expertise, business process analysis, and proven Program Management skills to drive large-scale Work Management and Digital Transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Implementation and Configuration (Expertise)
- Lead Implementations: Lead the full lifecycle of Adobe Workfront implementations, from requirements gathering and blueprinting to deployment and post-launch support.
- Solution Design: Translate complex business requirements (workflows, resource management, budgeting) into optimized technical solutions within Workfront, utilizing custom forms, custom fields, calculated data, and views.
- Configuration: Expertly configure Workfront objects including Projects, Programs, Portfolios, Tasks, User Roles, Access Levels, Request Queues, and Approval Workflows.
- Reporting: Design and build advanced dashboards and reports (including Text Mode) to provide real-time visibility into project health, resource utilization, and portfolio performance for executive stakeholders.
2. Integration and Automation
- Workfront Fusion:Mandatory experience with Adobe Workfront Fusion (formerly Fusion/Workfront Scenario Builder) to design, develop, and deploy complex automation scenarios.
- System Integration: Oversee and execute integration projects between Workfront and other core business systems (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Jira, Salesforce, DAM systems, ERP/HCM) using Fusion, APIs, or native connectors.
- Data Migration: Manage data migration strategies from legacy systems into Workfront, ensuring data integrity and structure alignment.
3. Program Management and Consulting
- Strategic Alignment: Work closely with leadership to align Workfront programs with overarching business goals, ensuring the platform supports the organization's long-term strategic direction (e.g., Marketing Transformation, Product Development).
- Governance: Define and enforce platform governance, best practices, change management processes, and user adoption strategies across the organization.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for project sponsors, managing expectations, communicating progress, and mitigating risks across multiple concurrent Workfront projects/programs.
- Training & Support: Develop and deliver engaging training sessions, documentation, and office hours to promote platform adoption and maximize user proficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and administering Adobe Workfront.
- Workfront Expertise: Proven, in-depth knowledge of Workfront features, data model, and API capabilities.
- Integration Proficiency: Must have hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront Fusion (or similar IPaaS tools like Dell Boomi/Informatica) for complex integrations and workflow automation.
- Workfront Administration: Create and manage Workfront projects, templates, reports, and dashboards Ensure consistent use of Workfront across teams, promoting best practices and user adoption
- Program/Project Management: Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional programs or multiple related projects simultaneously.
- Certifications (Preferred): Active Adobe Workfront Certified System Administrator or Workfront Certified Consultant is highly desirable.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and client-facing consulting skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
