Build, test, and deploy end-to-end lifecycle campaigns across push, in-app, email, SMS, and content cards using Braze. Architect multi-step Braze Canvas journeys with personalization via Liquid and Connected Content, define dynamic segments, run A/B/multivariate tests, monitor campaign KPIs, ensure data integrity with Engineering/Product, and perform meticulous QA. Requires deep lifecycle knowledge and hands-on Braze experience.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Campaign Execution: Build, test, and deploy end-to-end lifecycle campaigns across Push, IAM (In-App Messages), Content Cards, Email, and SMS.
- Canvas Mastery: Architect complex, multi-step customer journeys using Braze Canvas, utilizing branching logic, frequency capping, and re-eligibility settings.
- Personalization: Use Liquid logic and Connected Content to pull real-time data into messages for a truly 1:1 user experience.
- Audience Segmentation: Define and maintain dynamic segments based on custom attributes, events, and behavioral data.
- A/B Testing: Design and execute rigorous multivariate tests on copy, creative, and send-times to drive incremental lift in KPIs.
- Reporting & Analytics: Monitor campaign health and report on key metrics (CTR, Conversion Rate, Unsubscribe Rate) using Braze Current or native reporting tools.
- Data Integrity: Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to ensure the right custom attributes and events are being mapped correctly into the Braze SDK.
- Hands-on Braze Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience specifically inside the Braze platform (Braze Certification is a major plus).
- Technical Literacy: Comfort with HTML/CSS for email styling and Liquid templating for dynamic content.
- Analytical Mindset: You don't just pull reports; you find the "why" behind the numbers.
- Attention to Detail: An obsessive approach to QA—checking every link, deep link, and personalization tag before it goes live.
- Lifecycle Knowledge: A deep understanding of the user journey (Onboarding, Retention, Win-back, and Loyalty).
