We are looking for a Principal Engineer in the SD-Wan team of Ericsson Wireless Enterprise Division. You will work with a group of dedicated engineers passionate about developing world-class SD-Wan, Bonding, Traffic Steering Solution
You will do:
- Design and implement SD-Wan Bonding solutions End to End
- Work on Performance improvements
- Collaborate with other Data Plane and Control plane Engineers to Design and Develop the End to End Solution
- Document design specifications, test procedures, and results
- Active use of AI tools in Development
- Handle Customer Escalations
- Improve Solution Stability and Quality
You will bring:
- 12+ years of experience as a member of a software development in the field of Networking and Data Path
- Excellent Knowledge of
- DPDK, SD-WAN, Routing, DNS, Traffic Steering, Bonding
- Kernel Programming
- C/ Python
- Debugging Skills
- Experience in Technical Leading a Development Team
- Knowledge of Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication
- Collaboration skills with peers, Product Managers, Solution Team and Customers
- Ability to Architect, Design, Code , Handle Customer escalations
- Ability to Groom backlog, Create Stories with a Clear Definition of Done,
- Worked in an Environment of End to End ownership from Dev to Test to Support
- Hands on Coding and Debugging
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- High self-motivation and the ability to work independently while being a great teammate
- A track record of successful cross-team and cross-site cooperation
