Lead end-to-end requirement analysis and design for SAP ISU-FICA, implement/configure FICA functionality, integrate AMI/prepaid metering and external APIs, coordinate vendors, perform testing and UAT, support and train users, and provide financial/accounting expertise for utility-regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
End-to-End requirement Analysis :
- Analyse and translate business requirements into technical solutions in SAP ISU - FICA module.
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand functional needs and regulatory requirements.
- Develop comprehensive solution blueprints and ensure alignment with business objectives.
SAP ISU FICA Implementation:
- Design and implement functionalities within SAP ISU-FICA module to cater to changing business scenarios.
- Configuration for SAP ISU-FICA module
- Co ordinate with external vendors like Payment Gateways, KIOSKs, CCM etc. for implementing SAP functionalities
- Creating functional document, preparation of test data, unit testing and integration testing of developed functionalities
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing with Business Teams for the developed functionalities
Integration of New Technologies:
- Implement and integrate with cutting-edge technologies such as Prepaid Metering, Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) for smart meters into existing systems.
- Oversee the deployment and customization of web services, APIs for integrations with external agencies.
- Integrate with BW and Data lake teams for MIS and Analytics
Support, maintenance, and training:
- Providing user support for ISU FICA system
Preparing user training manuals and conducting end user trainings
QualificationsQualification:
CA, CMA, MBA(Finance)
Experience:
- Experience of 3 to 4 years in SAP-ISU as an end user
- Experience as SAP Functional or Technical Consultant will be added advantage
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the utility industry.
- Strong knowledge of Financial Accounting
- Experience in accounting in SAP system (Debtors Accounting will be preferred).
- Strong communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders within and outside organisation
- Proactive mindset with a focus on innovation, continuous improvement, and driving results.
