Manage cross-functional pricing projects and operational pricing activities across EMEA and APAC. Maintain price lists and ERP pricing conditions, monitor price increases, analyze price realization, discounts, and margins, and prepare KPI reports and dashboards. Coordinate with Sales, Finance, IT, and regional teams, ensure pricing data quality and policy compliance, identify process gaps, and drive continuous improvement and implementation initiatives.
Principal Activities
- Manage cross-functional pricing projects from planning through implementation, ensuring alignment with defined timelines, responsibilities, and objectives.
- Manage and coordinate operational pricing activities across Pumps EMEA & APAC
- Support price list creation, maintenance, and implementation
- Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of pricing conditions in ERP systems
- Monitor the achievement of price increase targets and identify deviations
- Prepare regular pricing reports, KPIs, and management dashboards
- Analyze price realization, discount development, and margin performance
- Ensure pricing data quality, consistency, and transparency across entities
- Coordinate operational pricing activities with Sales, Finance, IT, and local business units
- Support pricing projects through data analysis and operational implementation
- Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with established pricing policies and approval processes
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge Skills & Abilities
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in pricing, commercial excellence, sales operations, or a related commercial function, preferably within an international B2B industrial environment
- Proven project management skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure timely and effective implementation.
- Practical experience in operational pricing and price implementation
- Experience with price list management and pricing conditions
- Understanding of pricing processes, discount structures, and margin development
- Experience in preparing pricing reports, KPIs, and performance analyses
- Ability to coordinate activities across different regions and functions
- Strong process orientation and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and reporting tools such as Power BI
- Experience with ERP systems and pricing-related SAP processes
