  • Perform segmentation, targeting, and positioning of products/solutions.

  • Develop strategic pricing models in competitive markets.

  • Identify new markets based on product demand, need-based segments, and demographics.

  • Enable strategic associations with SIs and consultants.

  • Manage resources effectively within approved budgets.

  • Develop financial strategies focused on:

    • Profitability

    • Recoveries

    • Optimal cost management

  • Ensure financial performance of assigned business verticals.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key account decision-makers.

  • Interface customers with internal stakeholders.

  • Collaborate closely with regional sales/commercial teams to provide customer-specific inputs.

  • Drive client engagement and consulting program management.

  • Create compelling value propositions across industries.

  • Conduct competition analysis and track market trends.

  • Drive initiatives to achieve market share targets.



  • Requirements
  • Engineering or MBA graduate.

  • 8+ years of experience in:

    • Business & technology consulting

    • Presales

    • System Integration (SI)

    • Customer/Partner relationship management

    • Strategic tie-ups

    • Marketing

  • Proven track record of handling large, complex solution engagements.

  • Strong strategic and operational management capability.

  • Strong financial and business acumen.

  • Experience managing teams across multiple locations.

  • Expertise in client engagement, consulting program management, and solution architecture.

  • Ability to analyze customer business needs and convert them into technical solutions.

  • Strong expertise in diverse software products and solutions.

  • Mandatory experience in BFSI vertical.

  • Experience designing and implementing training programs.

  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, liaison, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work in multicultural environments.
