Portfolio Manager - WSB| Mumbai

Responsible for ensuring regulatory and audit compliance by collaborating with internal teams (compliance, finance, audit) and providing timely data to RBI, auditors, and internal stakeholders. Oversee portfolio quality, ensuring security, documentation, and cash flows are in line with sanction terms. Drive project management efforts for process improvements, including technology tie-ups and credit automation. Track key business performance metrics (e.g., Average Book, NII, C/I, ROA) and prepare regular updates for senior leadership. Lead client engagement initiatives and market intelligence efforts to enhance WSB’s presence, cross-sell products, and improve ROA. Assist in strategy execution and productivity assessments.

1. Monitoring portfolio-related aspects such as security, documentation, and quarterly submissions
2. Working with IT, Credit, CAT, and Operations to streamline and improve existing processes
3. Acting as the central point (a "Spock") for new initiatives where WSB's inputs are needed
4. Tracking business performance metrics such as Average Book, Net Interest Income (NII), Fee income, Cost-to-Income ratio (C/I), Return on Assets (ROA), New to Bank (NTB) clients, and liabilities at the portfolio level

Experience: 12 to 15 Years

Qualifications:

1. Graduation minimum
2. MBA degree
