Department: Distribution
Location: Andheri East, Mumbai
Role Summary:
We are seeking dynamic, self-driven professionals to strengthen our Distribution team. The selected candidates will manage and expand our High Net Worth Individual (HNI) and Ultra HNI client base by providing customized financial solutions across a comprehensive suite of products. You will play a critical role in revenue growth, client retention, and brand enhancement for PhillipCapital.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, nurture, and manage relationships with HNI and UHNI clients.
- Offer a wide range of financial products including Equities & Derivatives, Structured Products, Mutual Funds, PMS, Insurance, Bonds, and more.
- Provide personalized investment advisory services, portfolio reviews, and goal-based financial planning.
- Actively acquire new clients through referrals, networking, and cold calls.
- Achieve assigned revenue and business targets consistently.
- Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations, KYC/AML norms, and company policies.
- Prepare and deliver market insights, investment strategies, and product presentations to clients.
- Liaise with internal teams for seamless client onboarding, service, and transaction processing.
Candidate Requirements:
Industry Background:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Equity Broking, Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Investment Advisory.
Previous experience with brokerage firms, banks (wealth divisions), or boutique wealth management companies preferred.
Client Management:
- Proven expertise in handling HNI/UHNI clients with portfolios of ₹25 lakh and above.
- Hands-on experience with portfolio management, asset allocation, and financial goal planning.
- Sales and Business Development:
- Strong track record in client acquisition, networking, and generating new business.
- Experience using referrals, cold calls, and other channels for business growth.
Product Knowledge:
- Solid understanding and advisory experience across Equities, Derivatives, Structured Products, Mutual Funds, PMS, Insurance, Bonds, etc.
- Awareness of taxation, risk profiling, and suitability of financial products.
Regulatory & Compliance:
- Good knowledge of SEBI guidelines, KYC/AML norms, and other regulatory compliance.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, ethical, and trustworthy conduct.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Technical Skills (Desirable):
- Familiarity with trading platforms like NSE NOW, ODIN, Bloomberg.
- Knowledge of CRM tools, digital onboarding platforms, market research tools, and portfolio trackers.
