We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on e-commerce experience, a strong grasp of performance metrics, and the ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms (programmatic, marketplace ads, etc.)
- Own end-to-end campaign lifecycle: budgeting, targeting, creative briefing, A/B testing, and optimization
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics (ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPA, conversion rate) and translate insights into optimization strategies
- Manage and optimize marketing spend across channels to maximize ROI
- Collaborate with creative, product, and analytics teams to align campaigns with business goals
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and market trend tracking to inform campaign strategy
- Own attribution modeling and work closely with analytics/tech teams on tracking and measurement accuracy
- Manage marketplace advertising (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.) where applicable
- Stay current with platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices
- 3–6 years of experience in performance marketing, with mandatory prior experience in e-commerce/D2C
- Proven track record of managing significant ad budgets and driving measurable ROI
- Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics (GA4)
- Strong analytical skills; comfort working with spreadsheets, dashboards, and attribution tools
- Experience with marketplace advertising platforms (Amazon, Flipkart) is a plus
- Familiarity with tools like Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar e-commerce platforms preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Experience with marketing automation or CRM tools (Good to Have)
- Exposure to conversion rate optimization (CRO) practices (Good to Have)
- Basic understanding of SQL or data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI) (Good to Have)
- Full ownership of a real, growing consumer brand – not a narrow function within one
- Direct access to company leadership and real influence over brand direction from day one
