Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in coalition and submission of payroll data.
- Daily engagement with payroll team members and other G&A teams
- Maintain payroll spreadsheets for assigned countries.
- Liaise with HR and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of payroll data.
- Good with Review and reconciliation.
- Support payment of net salaries and third-party payroll-related items.
- Understanding of Journals.
- Understanding of payroll taxes.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding payslips, taxes and deductions.
- Participate in ongoing payroll projects and vendor management.
Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of experience
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and customer orientation.
- Team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Good communication skills (both oral and written).
