You will have a direct reporting line into Associate and will be directly responsible for Data Analyst to turn data into information, information into insight. Job responsibilities
- Lead a small team of analyst in executing specific projects or initiatives.
- Collaborate with the manager to develop best practices for data management analysis and visualization.
- Support the team in data collection analysis and reports to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders
- Act as a liaison between the team and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of various initiatives with business objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to team members in executing projects and developing new skills in data analysis
- Assist in the development of project timelines resource allocation and performance management for the team
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
- Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
- Monitors all relevant Management Information System data ensuring all issues have been resolved expediently.
- Ensure that all work items are completed as per the agreed SLA.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Graduate with Minimum 4 years exprience Financial Operations Processing experience
- Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
- Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages
- Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing large datasets (Excel, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong Interpersonal skills to be able to communicate internally & externally and at all levels.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Working Knowledge of SWIFT & international payment conventions & practices would be plus
- Preferred working experience as a data analyst
- Developing experience using AI-powered analytics, workflow automation, or intelligent process tools to drive efficiency gains, reduce manual effort, or improve accuracy in operational processes
