Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES
 

  • Regular testing of target apps on smartphone by simulating actual user behavior
  • Maintaining manual test records and analyze raw vs processed datasets
  • Classification of raw datasets based on secondary research
  • Work with internal stakeholders like Engineering/Tech Ops etc. on various projects
  • Should be able to manage repository of logs and reports
  • Understand and implement all Nielsen internal protocols
  • Deliver quality services and ensure they are timely and precise according to client business needs and specifications
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

  • Graduate Freshers - BSc, BCom, BA, BMS/BBA, BCA/BCS or equivalent
  • Hands-on Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint etc.)
  • Possess strong analytical skills, be responsible for data analysis, QC and interpreting the same
  • Knowledge running SQL queries and Python scripting would be a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Required to be a team player but can also work independently
  • Should be productive, self-driven, able to take ownership, prioritize and manage expectations
  • Detail and process oriented
  • Would be required to work on some weekends/holidays for a 3-4 hours based on business needs

The Digital Operations team at Nielsen works with latest technologies and is primarily responsible for creation of algorithms that feed into various go to market solutions enabling client groups to find answers to their business questions
