Capture and process live sports data across multiple sports using Gracenote tools. Responsibilities include live scoring, entering player and schedule information, processing historical results, and delivering accurate data to media clients within seconds. The role requires strong sports knowledge, attention to detail, analytical decision-making, excellent English communication, and availability for 24/7 evening, night, and weekend shifts. This is a hybrid position requiring residence near Nielsen’s Mumbai office.

Lead the strategy, architecture, governance, and technical stability of Nielsen’s Zendesk CX ecosystem. Manage two Zendesk Specialists, oversee AI capabilities including Copilot, AI Agents, AutoQA, WFM, Glean, and Gemini integrations, and direct API, webhook, middleware, and enterprise-system projects. Partner with clients and engineers on technical discovery, integrations, developer experience, release governance, data privacy, knowledge architecture, and platform issue prioritization.

Leads a team of 10–15 professionals managing contract setup, global billing, revenue recognition, reconciliations, and month-end close. Ensures compliance with ASC 606, IFRS 15, GL accounting standards, and internal controls. Oversees audits, complex commercial contract interpretation, billing workflows, and process automation while partnering with Sales, Legal, and FP&A.

Supports financial forecasting, budgeting, modeling, cash planning, reporting, and variance analysis. Partners with executives and cross-functional teams to identify business insights, risks, and opportunities; drives KPI tracking, process improvement, reporting automation, standardization, and enterprise FP&A transformation. The role also supports financial close activities and delivers analytics to inform strategic decisions and negotiations.

Own SAP Master Data Governance across financial, material, customer, vendor, and business partner domains. Design governance processes, manage workflows, execute master data changes, enforce data quality, conduct audits, and resolve root causes. Partner with Finance, Sales, Procurement, Supply Chain, IT, and architecture teams to translate FP&A needs into MDG solutions. Lead workshops, testing, enhancements, automation, documentation, training, SLA management, and escalations supporting accurate reporting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.

Conduct comprehensive IT audits, including planning, testing, IT general and application controls, cybersecurity, network security, cloud architecture, and SAP implementation reviews. Identify control deficiencies, fraud risks, and process bottlenecks; document workflows; design audit procedures; draft findings and recommendations; present results to senior leaders; and support remediation. The role also uses AI, automation, and analytics to improve audit efficiency across global technology environments.

Execute day-to-day Order-to-Cash tasks: ingest and verify contracts, set up billing in ERP, generate and dispatch invoices, troubleshoot discrepancies, support month-end reconciliations, maintain data hygiene, respond to stakeholder queries, and assist with audit and SOX compliance activities.
