Key responsibilities
Part of leadership team of MICT CFS, role is responsible for
- Cargo and container operations at Yard spread in 50 acres
- Lead a team of 23 energetic people, act as coach and develop talent
- Cost and resource optimisation for MICT CFS
- Co-ordinate with contractors, customers, and internal teams for ensuring timely service delivery
- Customer satisfaction by offering best in class service
- To comply with all aspects of MICT’s Quality, Health, Safety, Environment and Supply chain security management systems.
- Yard planning to achieve highest productivity with efficient cost management,
- Maintain proper cleanliness / housekeeping at yard.
- Monthly cargo inventory and Longstanding cargo follow up with customers.
- Planning of container and cargo handing equipment’s in yard
