Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations across Amazon, Flipkart and Shopify including inventory, order processing, courier coordination, manufacturer liaison, customer support, and logistics to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Amazon, Flipkart & Shopify
Inventory & stock management
Coordinate with cream, tube & packaging manufacturers
Handle courier & logistics
Process customer orders
Resolve customer queries
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations
1–3 years of experience in E-commerce Operations
Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub & Shopify
Good knowledge of Excel and inventory management
Excellent coordination and communication skills
Startup mindset with a proactive approach
