Overview

As an Operations Business Specialist, you will represent Supply Chain on cross-functional brand teams and help deliver key business initiatives across productivity, profit, volume, and share. This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys driving project timelines, partnering across functions, and solving supply chain risks proactively. You will work closely with teams across Marketing, Product Development, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Quality, and Digital & Technology to keep projects on track and support reliable execution.

Key accountabilities
  • Lead cross-functional Operations and Technical meetings to support delivery of market projects such as new product launches, product renovations, cost savings initiatives, and plant moves.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, track milestones, and share regular progress updates and risk dashboards.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver critical milestones across packaging, product development, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, and systems processes.
  • Partner with planning and business teams to align on timelines and proactively resolve risks related to supply, quality, and cost.
  • Identify and manage emerging supply chain issues, including resource constraints, inflation, sustainability, and sourcing-related risks.
  • Apply standard processes and tools to support issue resolution, drive continuous improvement, and strengthen cross-functional collaboration.
Minimum qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, Sourcing, and/or Logistics.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, influencing, and conflict management skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving, decision-making, and process improvement mindset.
  • Good understanding of the Supply Chain finance model.
Preferred qualifications
  • Plant or manufacturing-facing experience.
  • Business-facing experience.
  • Knowledge of SAP and/or OMP.
  • Master’s degree in Operations or Supply Chain Management.
  • Project Management certification.
