We are looking for an Operations Analyst with an Accounting/Finance background to manage inventory reconciliation and support day-to-day operational activities.
This role requires a highly analytical, detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working with large data sets, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring accuracy between physical inventory, warehouse records, and ERP systems.
Responsibilities -
- Perform month-end inventory reconciliation between warehouse records, physical inventory, and ERP.
- Investigate inventory variances and coordinate with warehouses and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Track inventory receipts, shipments, transfers, adjustments, and other movements.
- Maintain accurate inventory and operational data in ERP/TMS systems.
- Prepare inventory, reconciliation, and operational reports.
- Review invoices and identify discrepancies related to freight, warehousing, trucking, and suppliers.
- Support month-end closing and provide accurate data to Finance and Operations teams.
- Identify process improvements and strengthen inventory controls.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 3+ years of accounting, inventory, reconciliation, or operations experience.
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with numbers and large data sets.
- Strong understanding of reconciliations, variances, and month-end closing.
- ERP experience: JDE experience is a plus.
- Highly detail-oriented, analytical, and organized.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Logistics or physical commodity experience is a plus, but not required.
- Shift Timings for this role is from 7pm-4am
