Manage end-to-end US import operations for PET resin shipments: coordinate ocean shipments, vessel tracking, import documentation, ISF filing, customs clearance, container movement, and logistics partners. Maintain tracking reports, update internal teams, and resolve delays, documentation, and customs issues.

Perform AP/AR duties including posting vouchers in JD Edwards, weekly cashflow, account reconciliations, prepare payment reports, handle NEFT/RTGS/foreign remittances, TDS/TCS/GST filings, support audits and month-end activities, and liaise with banks and internal teams.

Provide functional support and consulting for JD Edwards (Manufacturing, Distribution, Finance) including configuration, testing, troubleshooting, gap analysis, user training, and implementation of core modules (Procurement, Inventory, Sales Order Management, Transportation) with localization and project management responsibilities.

Manage ex-tank and bulk styrene sales, develop and grow customer relationships, meet sales/collection targets, identify new markets, negotiate contracts, gather market intelligence, forecast and manage order flow, coordinate with operations, and travel extensively to visit customers.

Perform month-end close tasks including account reconciliations, variance analysis, journal entries, and assist with financial statement preparation. Support review of foreign statutory audits and collaborate with senior management, FP&A, risk, treasury, HR, external consultants, and commercial trading teams. Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.

Manage post-shipment documentation, ensure compliance with international trade regulations, coordinate shipment tracking with global offices, submit documents to banks, monitor inward remittances and bank charges, follow up on outstanding payments and trade acceptances, and produce regular status reports.

Manage operational execution for bulk liquid trades including reviewing purchase/sales/freight contracts and charterparties, coordinating inspections, letters of credit, customs and freight, ensuring timely invoicing/payment, updating trading system data, and liaising with brokers, suppliers, customers, credit and demurrage teams to mitigate operational and commercial risks.
