A leading global enterprise technology company is looking to hire an Office Operations & Employee Engagement Manager to oversee workplace operations, drive employee engagement initiatives, manage vendors, and support cross-functional business projects.
RequirementsExperience Required
- Bachelor's degree (any discipline) from a recognised university — mandatory.
- 3–4 years of experience in office management, operations, executive support, or a related coordination role.
- Demonstrated experience in vendor management, event execution, or employee engagement activities.
- Prior exposure to cross-functional or strategic project coordination is an advantage.
- Manage day-to-day office administration and workplace operations
- Coordinate facilities, office supplies, documentation, and employee support requirements
- Oversee travel, accommodation, and logistics for internal stakeholders and visitors
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, town halls, and team-building activities
- Manage end-to-end event planning, vendor coordination, and communications
- Track participation and engagement metrics
- Contribute to building a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- Identify, onboard, and manage vendors across facilities, events, travel, and office services
- Negotiate commercials and monitor service quality
- Coordinate invoicing and payment processes
- Maintain vendor performance and renewal records
- Support leadership-driven projects across business functions
- Create project plans, track milestones, and coordinate stakeholders
- Provide regular updates and ensure timely execution of deliverables
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Stakeholder and vendor management experience
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
