We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Instructional Designer to drive the design and development of impactful e-learning and blended learning solutions. This role requires a strong blend of instructional expertise, stakeholder management, and leadership capability to deliver scalable, business-aligned learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end instructional design initiatives, from needs analysis through design, development, implementation, and evaluation
- Partner with business stakeholders and SMEs to identify learning needs and translate them into effective, outcome-driven learning strategies
- Architect and develop engaging, learner-centric digital and blended learning solutions aligned with organizational goals
- Design application-focused training programs optimized for web-based and virtual learning environments
- Establish and drive curriculum roadmaps, ensuring alignment with role-based competencies and business priorities
- Oversee storyboarding, content authoring, and multimedia development, ensuring high-quality and consistency across deliverables
- Provide leadership and mentorship to instructional designers, including reviewing content, offering constructive feedback, and driving best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and develop visuals, animations, and interactive learning assets
- Ensure the application of proven instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create innovative and effective learning experiences
- Develop compelling instructional content, including scripts for audio/video, assessments, and learner engagement activities
- Create course descriptions and support go-to-market initiatives for learning program rollouts
- Drive quality assurance, usability testing, and continuous improvement of learning solutions
- Manage project documentation, timelines, and asset organization throughout the development lifecycle
- Design and develop Instructor-Led Training (ILT), Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT), and self-paced modules using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, and similar platforms
- Ensure learning solutions are scalable, measurable, and aligned with learner experience best practices
