Senior .NET Developer with Support
Experience: 5 to 12 years
Location: Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Bangalore
Job Description:
As a Senior .NET Developer with Support Skills, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our homegrown legacy applications that utilize .NET, IIS, and SQL DB/Server. You will also be responsible for working with supporting platforms such as ServiceNow, ElastikSearch, Dynatrace, PagerDuty, ADO, Sharepoint, Kenna (Vulnerability Management Dashboard), and Qualys Reports.
Key Qualifications:
- 5 to 12 years of experience as a .NET developer
- Proficiency in .NET, IIS, and SQL DB/Server
- Working knowledge of supporting platforms such as ServiceNow, ElastikSearch, Dynatrace, PagerDuty, ADO, Sharepoint, Kenna (Vulnerability Management Dashboard), and Qualys Reports (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven experience in supporting and maintaining applications
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enhance homegrown legacy applications built on .NET, IIS, and SQL DB/Server
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the reliability and performance of applications
- Provide support and troubleshooting for application-related issues
- Work with supporting platforms such as ServiceNow, ElastikSearch, Dynatrace, PagerDuty, ADO, Sharepoint, Kenna (Vulnerability Management Dashboard), and Qualys Reports
- Ensure applications meet quality and security standards
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions
- Provide technical guidance to junior team members
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development process
