Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a Murex MXML professional with 3+ years of experience to contribute to technology initiatives involving Murex MXML development, software delivery, and technology solutions. The role will support the translation of business requirements into effective technical solutions, contribute to cross-functional collaboration, and help ensure successful project delivery. Depending on the scope of responsibility, the position may also involve technology leadership, team guidance, roadmap development, vendor coordination, and process improvement. The role contributes to business objectives by improving delivery efficiency, supporting technology adoption, and aligning solutions with business and strategic requirements.
Software Requirements (Required and Preferred)
Required
Murex MXML: 3+ years of hands-on experience in development, configuration, implementation, or support.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent relevant education and professional experience may be considered.
3+ years of Murex MXML experience is required for the position.
Relevant certifications in Agile delivery, project management, cloud computing, software architecture, or technology leadership are preferred but not mandatory unless required for the assignment.
Completion of role-relevant training in Murex MXML, software development, cloud infrastructure, security, data management, and Agile delivery is expected as applicable.
