Leads Java development teams while designing, developing, and maintaining secure, scalable enterprise applications, REST APIs, and Spring Boot microservices. Responsibilities include architecture decisions, mentoring, code reviews, testing, CI/CD and DevOps adoption, production troubleshooting, performance optimization, security, resource planning, and delivery tracking. Own HR reporting, workforce analytics, service delivery dashboards, data quality, governance, and HR-cycle reporting. Build Workday reports and Microsoft Fabric datasets integrating Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, Unifai, and other HR platforms. Analyze workforce trends, SLA performance, chatbot effectiveness, compensation cycles, and regulatory data while partnering with HR, finance, IT, and business leaders to deliver trusted insights and resolve data issues.

Develop and maintain enterprise web applications using Angular and Java. Build responsive frontends, secure Spring Boot microservices, and REST APIs; integrate relational databases; write tested, maintainable code; participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, deployments, and documentation; troubleshoot defects and production incidents; and improve application performance, scalability, reliability, security, and resource efficiency.

Design, develop, and maintain business process management solutions using workflow modeling, automation, and programming technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze processes, implement workflows, troubleshoot systems, perform upgrades and bug fixes, and support testing and quality assurance. Provide technical support and communicate complex concepts to stakeholders. A bachelor’s degree and BPM/process automation experience are required; BPM software certification is preferred.

Supports configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Workday Absence Management and core HCM. Configures absence plans, accruals, time-off types, organizational data, and business processes; troubleshoots system issues; manages EIB data loads; supports release reviews, audits, reporting, documentation, and testing. Partners with HR, Legal, and application teams to implement policy changes, maintain data integrity, and assess downstream impacts.

Designs, develops, configures, and supports Informatica MDM solutions, including Hub, Data Director, match-and-merge rules, trust frameworks, hierarchies, and data governance. Performs data profiling, cleansing, validation, and integration with enterprise systems through ETL tools and APIs. Collaborates with stakeholders, troubleshoots production issues, supports testing and deployment, and ensures data quality, security, and consistency across systems.

Design, develop, maintain, and support Murex Datamart solutions, including data extraction, transformation, validation, reporting, reconciliation, and integrations. Translate business requirements into data models and technical specifications, investigate production issues, support releases, and improve data quality, performance, automation, and delivery efficiency. Collaborate with business, technology, architecture, testing, operations, and reporting teams while contributing to Agile delivery, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and technical guidance.
