Skills Required

  • Proven experience of 5 to 7 years as an MIS Executive or in a similar role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Prior experience in Human Resources is preferred.
  • Readiness to take up HR activities like Onboarding, ELC, audit related and HR OPS activities as needed

Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Utilize advanced Excel functions for in-depth data analysis.
    • Maintain and update existing reports with a focus on accuracy and relevance.
    • Interpret data trends and provide actionable insights.

•            Tracker and Report Creation:

  • Develop new trackers and reports based on organizational needs.
  • Collaborate with departments to understand reporting requirements.

•            Data Management:

  • Ensure data integrity and security through effective data management practices.
  • Regularly audit and clean datasets to maintain high-quality data.

•            Collaboration with HR:

  • Work closely with HR for the analysis and reporting of HR-related data.
  • Assist in developing HR metrics and key performance indicators.

•            Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement in data management and reporting.
  • Propose and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
