About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Engineer to design, develop, and enhance enterprise-grade Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Salesforce development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, integrations, and platform best practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Platform features.
- Develop and optimize Apex Triggers, Classes, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and asynchronous processing.
- Build reusable and scalable Lightning Web Components following Salesforce best practices.
- Design and implement automation using Salesforce Flows and Apex.
- Develop and maintain REST/SOAP integrations with external applications.
- Implement secure solutions using Salesforce security features including Profiles, Permission Sets, OWD, Sharing Rules, and Field-Level Security.
- Optimize application performance by resolving governor limit issues and improving bulk data processing.
- Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, and solution architecture.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA teams, and Architects to deliver business requirements.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices.
- Work with Git-based version control and CI/CD deployment pipelines.
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong expertise in Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and asynchronous processing.
- Extensive experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Flows and automation.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations.
- Good understanding of Salesforce Order of Execution and Governor Limits.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Security Model (OWD, Sharing Rules, Profiles, Permission Sets, FLS).
- Experience with Platform Events and Bulk API.
- Hands-on experience with Git and version control.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Salesforce DX and Scratch Orgs.
- Copado, Gearset, or other Salesforce deployment tools.
- Connected Apps and OAuth.
- CI/CD implementation experience.
- Salesforce Platform Developer Certification(s).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
