Purpose of Job

Looking for a Marketing Ops/Growth Specialist to power our marketing tech stack. If you’re a tinkerer at heart—someone who loves setting up automation, juggling analytics, and fine-tuning websites—this role is for you. You’ll be our go-to for HubSpot expertise, CRM data governance, lead attribution, campaign tracking, and performance marketing coordination, while staying on top of new AI-driven tools and processes.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own HubSpot marketing automation and CRM hygiene: Ensure data integrity, maintain clean and accurate records, optimize lead management processes, set up workflows, lead scoring, email nurture sequences, and segmentation, ensuring clear, actionable reporting.
  • Work closely with the Content Specialist and Marketing Producer to ensure that data-driven insights shape content strategies and execution.
  • Manage SEO and website analytics (GA4, Google Tag Manager), making basic tech edits and coordinating more complex changes with our agency.
  • Oversee tracking pixels, UTMs, attribution models, and dashboards to monitor lead flows and campaign performance.
  • Continuously explore new platforms, AI-driven tools, and emerging tech solutions to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Utilize data enrichment and outreach tools (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) for better targeting and prospect identification.
  • Manage and optimize the marketing tool stack and CRM data governance, working closely with vendors to assess and improve performance across automation, analytics, and lead management tools.
  • Assist with marketing attribution across channels
  • Handle fundamental performance marketing tasks (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) with support from specialists or agencies when needed.
  • Act as the internal point of contact for performance marketing and vendor management, coordinating with agencies on campaigns and managing Martech, analytics, and CRM vendor relationships.

You'll need to have:

  • Solid HubSpot experience (marketing automation, workflows, reporting).
  • Hands-on expertise in SEO and analytics (GA4, GTM).
  • Strong grasp of attribution, tracking (UTMs), and data analytics, including the ability to create or interpret reports.
  • Comfort with setting up and troubleshooting basic ad campaigns on LinkedIn and Google.
  • Willingness to experiment with AI-powered tools and platforms to optimize workflows.
  • Background in B2B or professional services marketing.
  • Familiarity with SQL or Power BI for deeper reporting and data visualization.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Exposure to healthcare, life sciences, or similarly complex sectors is a plus.
