Marketing Executive – Digital & Brand

Plan and execute marketing campaigns and brand communications for the healthcare sector. Create content for web, social, blogs, and print; manage agency relationships; oversee SEO/SEM, email and social advertising; analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies; coordinate stakeholders to ensure effective campaign execution.
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling marketing and communication activities, as well as content development, for online and offline brand building and brand communication.

- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation within the healthcare sector.
- Create compelling content for various channels including website, social media, blogs, and marketing collaterals like patient information brochures, corporate brochures, therapy-specific leaflets, etc.
- Should have a creative bent, a good command of English, and a practical approach.
- Liaise with digital marketing agencies to prepare monthly content/calendar for digital marketing campaigns, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
- Coordinate with consultants, internal teams, external agencies, and stakeholders to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the company's competitive edge.
- Strong preference for MBA (in Marketing or a related field).
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare domain.
- Proficiency in the use of Chat GPT, Canva, and MS Office; experience with marketing software and tools is a plus.
- Either experience in the healthcare domain or with a science, pharmacy, medical, or allied health background to grasp medical content.
