OVERVIEW

The Insights product is an offering for Guidepoint's Institutional investment and corporate clients, that offers teleconferences, surveys, and in-person events. The teleconferences live in a transcript library portal, which covers a wide of industries/topics that enables our clients to make informed decisions. The Market Research Analyst will help with the production and development of Guidepoint Insight’s Focus Poll/ Survey offerings. This role is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to gain experience conducting survey research in multiple sectors/ geographies in the US including TMT, Healthcare, Consumer and Industrial sector. A strong candidate will provide a board range of support, throughout the project lifecycle, to existing and new projects.

What you’ll do:

  • Work closely with Insight team DoRs to execute focus poll/ survey research requests.
  • Coordinating, monitoring, and executing market research project activities
  • Contribute to the development and assessment of survey questionnaires, including survey programming and testing, and survey distribution.
  • Leverage our robust network of panelists for data collection efforts and if required, facilitate recruitment of additional experts.
  • Perform data collection and quality assurance activities.
  • Coordinate with Compliance team to seek clearance for survey questionnaire and expert selection.
  • Contribute to report writing and qualitative/quantitative analyses of the data.

What you have:

  • Education: Master’s degree/ MBA
  • Previous experience (4-7 years) in designing survey questionnaires, survey distribution, and validating and testing the surveys.
  • Qualtrics Expertise: At least 4-7 years of hands-on experience with Qualtrics, including survey design, programming, distribution, and data analysis.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word.
  • Ability to work efficiently with team members to assess needs, provide support, and think critically.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills to non-technical audiences
  • Excellent problem solver capable of working independently.
