Ensures electrical quality compliance throughout assembly of low-voltage switchgear panels. Verifies wiring, terminations, connections, component placement, and assembly checkpoints against approved schematics and quality plans. Conducts electrical testing and functional inspections, enforces quality gates, coordinates resolution of non-conformances, maintains test equipment calibration, and documents results while escalating out-of-specification findings.
- Ensure electrical quality compliance at all assembly stages in accordance with approved process flows and quality plans.
- • Verify electrical connections, wiring, terminations, and component placement against approved schematics and specifications.
- • Monitor assembly checkpoints and enforce quality gates to prevent defect propagation.
- • Coordinate with production teams to address non-conformances in a timely manner.
- • Conduct and oversee routine electrical testing and functional inspections of LV switchgear panels as per applicable international standards.
- • Verify electrical performance and safety compliance through standard in-process and final inspection protocols.
- • Ensure proper use, calibration, and maintenance of electrical test equipment.
- • Record test results accurately and raise flags for any out-of-specification findings
