Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and driven Non-Tech Recruiter. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring talented professionals across various non-technology functions. This role requires strong sourcing expertise, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-technology roles across multiple functions and business units.
- Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring requirements, role expectations, and candidate profiles.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, professional networks, and other relevant channels.
- Identify, screen, and assess candidates based on skills, experience, cultural fit, and role requirements.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, feedback collection, offer management, and onboarding support.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates for current and future hiring requirements.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, interview conversion, and offer-to-join ratio.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data in the ATS and other recruitment systems.
- Support employer branding and talent engagement initiatives when required.
- Stay updated on market trends, talent availability, and competitor hiring practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, with significant experience in hiring for non-technology roles.
- Experience in hiring across functions such as Sales, Operations, Finance, Marketing, HR, Customer Support, Product/Business, or other corporate roles.
- Strong expertise in candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking, and other innovative sourcing channels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple positions and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong candidate assessment and interviewing skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into effective recruitment strategies.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
- Strong ownership, problem-solving skills, and ability to drive positions independently from sourcing to closure.
- Experience working in a high-growth, startup, travel, e-commerce, or consumer internet environment will be an added advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
