The role is a key member of Salesforce Markeing cloud team in Asset Management, responsible for a range of development activities working closely with Salesforce, Marketing and other teams within Asset Management, the role is a great opportunity to expand both your technical and business knowledge. A successful candidate should have the ability to lead a team, facilitate discussion to translate business requirements into solutions, he/she should be able to define user stories and activities following agile best practices and set the right expectations on effort and timelines required to meet business requirements.
The role is responsible for owning all processes in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. They will collaborate with technology cross-commits and business teams in EMEA/US to understand requirements and recommend the appropriate and scalable solution.
The team will develop & implement solutions by adhering to the required quality marketin cloud standards and policies, will help manage and prioritize work requests for enhancements, setting accurate expectations with technology and business partners to implement the change at mutually agreed upon milestones and timelines.
Collaborate with vendor/contractor partners to develop and implement the detailed design, configuration, and engineering strategies/solutions to deliver engineering solutions while remaining focused on security, uptime, and performance. Provide troubleshooting and resolution to complex problems/issues.
- Ability to facilitate discussions that translate business requirements to dependencies, solution design, architecture view etc. – in collaboration with other platform teams.
- Proactive and self-starting demeanor with the ability to manage tasks independently while collaborating remotely.
- Ability to define user stories and activities following Agile best practices.
- Set the right expectations on effort and timelines required to meet business requirements.
- Subject Matter Expert knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud – across all studios and integration with Salesforce CRM with an understanding of the broader Salesforce and Marketing Technology ecosystem.
- Hands on experience to understanding existing configurations & develop new Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions/features based on current investments/configurations that create business value.
- Advanced understanding of the dependencies required to enable SFMC specific use cases such as personalization, reporting etc.
- Advanced experience in SQL and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Data Object towards data exploration, troubleshooting etc. use cases.
- Advanced experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AMP script etc. to lead solution design and define dependency activities.
- Overall 10+ years’ experience with 5+ years’ experience as Salesforce Marketing Cloud SME with solution architecture responsibilities
- 5+ years’ experience in working with B2B Financial Services Industry
- Understanding of marketing ways of working in the B2B Financial Services Industry
- Understanding of the user privacy requirements and technology dependencies in the EMEA & APAC region for the B2B Financial Services Industry
