•    Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of contract logistics projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements, company objectives, and industry best practices.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, procurement, and IT, to develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
•    Conduct thorough project assessments to identify potential risks, constraints, and opportunities, and develop mitigation strategies accordingly.

•    Drive post-implementation reviews and evaluations to capture lessons learned, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for future optimization and innovation.
Qualifications:
•    Bachelor's degree in engineering / logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
•    Proven experience (5-6 years) in project management within the contract logistics industry, with a strong track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
•    In-depth knowledge of logistics operations, warehousing, transportation, and distribution processes, coupled with a solid understanding of contract management principles and practices.
•    Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients at all levels.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
•    Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, JIRA) and familiarity with ERP systems and logistics software solutions.
•    Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
