Manager – Liabilities Audit Compliance| Mumbai

1. Responsible for managing audits, ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting product-level compliance checks, and maintaining strong governance controls for liability products. 
2. The role ensures audit readiness, timely closure of observations, and adherence to regulatory guidelines across the liability’s portfolio.

1. Manage all internal and external audits including Internal, Statutory, Concurrent, LFAR, UIDAI, and other regulatory audits. 
2. Coordinate with stakeholders for timely data submission, audit queries, evidence collation, and closure of observations. 
3. Support RBI and other regulatory inspections and ensure follow‑up compliance actions. 
4. Conduct periodic product‑level compliance reviews and sample testing for liability products such as CASA, TD, Current Accounts, and NRE/NRO. 
5. Maintain and update the liabilities compliance matrix with end‑to‑end traceability. 
6. Track and update the Risk Register, oversee thematic testing, and ensure documentation and closure of control gaps. 
7. Review regulatory circulars and translate them into actionable process updates. 
8. Maintain audit‑ready documentation, version control, and manage website disclosures for liability products in coordination with relevant teams.

Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, Business or related fields.

Professional Exp: Experience in Compliance/Audit/Liabilities Governance.

Prior RBI/regulatory audit experience preferred.

Min Exp: 5 years

Max Exp: 8 years
