What you’ll do (Role Expectations)
- Undertaking direct tax and transfer pricing compliances for Indian entities
- Preparing TDS calculations and ensuring payments are made within due dates
- Preparing and ensuring accurate, timely filing of direct tax returns, including TDS returns, APA filings, corporate tax returns, tax audits, and transfer pricing forms
- Preparing monthly direct tax reconciliations
- You act like an owner. You take complete accountability for direct tax operations and transfer pricing outcomes, balancing technical strategy with hands-on execution.
- You operate with urgency. You thrive in fast-paced environments, managing statutory deadlines and complex tax filings with speed and precision.

- You champion simplicity. You bring clarity and structure to complex financial data, TDS calculations, and monthly reconciliations.
- You lead with integrity. You uphold the highest standards of accuracy and regulatory compliance, earning trust through consistent, transparent execution.
- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain
- Chartered Accountant credential with 8-10 years of experience in direct tax compliances and tax returns within a multinational organization
- In-depth knowledge of tax accounting, direct tax compliances, and transfer pricing frameworks
- Proven ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate a proven ability to leverage AI technologies and workflows to drive measurable operational efficiency
- Demonstrated proactiveness in project execution and delivery
- Exceptional eye for detail across complex tax data and reconciliations
