Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Lead the global sensory evaluation program for fragrance raw materials.
- Responsible for ensuring consistent sensory quality standards, methodologies, and expertise across the organization.
- Serve as the organization's subject matter expert in raw material sensory science.
- Drive global sensory standards, quality strategies, and capability development to support raw material quality, supply continuity, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop global sensory capabilities and establish best practices for raw material assessment across the organization.
- Develop policies and guidelines for fragrance development.
- Maintain full awareness and complies with regulations associated with fragrance development.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Food Technology or any other relevant discipline.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in a Sensory Lab environment.
- Ability to differentiate the odor and characteristics of materials used and sensory technical skill.
- Ability to make sensory decisions related to raw material elimination, replacement, and approval or rejection of new and alternative raw materials through the IQR process.
- Review and update global process and procedure documents.
- Proficient in SAP and MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent project management, people leadership skills, and presentation skills in a global environment, and understanding of cultural differences.
How Would You Stand Out?
- Experience in performing Sensory Analysis.
- Certification in People Leadership Program is preferred.
